If you're doing pof, I'd recommend pof pro, definitely. It has a number of features that will make your learning much easier.

Thanks guys,
Is there a discount for STM members?
Also i already have p202 installed on my server, is it possible to have both on the same domain?

Most tracking systems like to be in the 'root' folder of a domain but you can very readily split them on to subdomains.
E.g. track.domain.com for your p202 install and pof.domain.com for PoFPro install.
It's generally sensible to split things like this into subdomains for a) separating them folder wise on your server, and b) for ease of remembering URLs.

Thanks Zeno
How about stability wise? If I have the starter BH hosting should I worry about it not being able to handle both?
For example Pofpro says on its website server should have at least 1gb ram. Is that really necessary

I am not sure. The starter VPS has some technical limitations which may or may not make hosting PoFPro unsuitable - you will want to ask BH support.
Most likely the starter VPS will run them all fine - PoFPro likely adds very little overhead (it's not like Windows where you'll have a new program eating 600 MB of RAM to run constantly).

I have been able to run POFPro just fine on the starter VPS.

Do you know if they set the cron jobs to run only twice a day?
they told me POFPRO runs cron jobs every 5 mins and would be best to change to twice a day

I did not change the standard values.
