Zeropark Follow Along To 100$/day

Hey guys,

I "really" started mobile 2 weeks ago and i'm now starting a follow along on my work to keep myself motivated and get some help and feedback.

For the moment i'm only using Zeropark, i intend to scale on Adcash later.
I'm using F5media offers and i have access to Mundomedia/Neverblue if i want to test more offer or split test the same offers.

As you will see on my screenshot, i'm promoting antivirus offers. I have a landing page that i translate via OHT which brings me a pretty good CTR on most of my campaigns.

So in around 2 weeks i spent 1277$ and made back 573$ with an ROI of -55%.

Here some informations on my campaigns :

-All my campaigns are RON campaigns. I created the "targets" campaign today, so they don't have much stats yet.

-I created a Target campaign for each campaign that had conversions and paused those targets in the RON campaigns.

-I completely paused the campaigns with no conversions, like the Teebik security campaigns, most have a good CTR but 0 conversions.
So what i'm going to do with these campaigns is just changing the offer if i can find one on F5media or Mundomedia as the landing page isn't the problem.

-There are two types of traffic now in Zeropark: Redirect and Pop Up. I'm only using redirect on all my campaigns for the moment. I don't know if this would change some stats drastically but this week i may try to create popup campaigns for a few campaigns that are already working with redirects.

-I'm only driving Android traffic, only a few of the antivirus campaign allow IOS. This week i'm going to change my Landing page to make it more Apple-like and create a few IOS campaigns.

1) What i'm going to do asap
Change the offers for the non converting campaigns.
Make some IOS campaigns
Make some Popup Campaigns
Continue to add converting targets to Target campaigns

2) Wtf
My bid on RON i think is very high even for small geos like Ghana, Kenya etc, most of my bids are around 0.025/CPV. Isn't it a lot for this kind of traffic ? I don't enough traffic if i bid around 0.01 even if they Zeropark.com/volume says the average is lower than 0.01.
SO i'm afraid i will have to keep this bid for Target Campaigns, which won't get me a high ROI.

What would you recommend me to do ?
Any suggestions and help is welcomed guys
Thanks.

I'd pick a country or 2 from the data you ran and work on a campaign. Pick one that has volume so you can get some test results. You can scale it to other countries later, but seems kind of confusing to work on them all at once due to language and society.

you just gave away $1200 cost of data...

you need to blur a few of your screenshot bro...

that second campaign that you blur out... I can tell that is snapsext RON on zeropark

(3 words)... first two words (UNITED STATES)... last word is ______ ? but when looking at the stats... with cpa of $2 and united states... checked my own stats... and yep...
that is SNAPSEXT... zeropark RON

so yeah... blur a lot more...

Well, because i don't really care. Some People can now know which campaign can get conversions or not on zeropark that's all.

Well that's what i wanted to do in the beginning but all the campaigns apart from Psafe and the US one are Tier3 countries and doesn't have much traffic and they don't cost that much. So i like to start them early to get stats and maybe stumble upon a big winner. I'm working a bit more on these two campaigns as they have the best potential of course.

well... as far as I am concern.... it does affect the cpm/bid... if a lot of people are promoting it...

like for example with psafe brazil... on the middle of May2014... the top spot (highest CPM)...

it was only $0.888CPM and I was on positiveROI (around 60% - 80% positive ROI)...

then on the middle of June2014... the bid went up to $1.65CPM (this is when competition went up... and a lot of people promoting it...)

and my ROI went down to 10% and some days a negative... even though CVR is still the same...

so I had to stop promoting it...

it is really up to you man... if you want to get to green and stay in green...

Yea i understand. I wasnt going to show my whole strategy or campaigns everyday just like that. As its the beginning i just want to show enough so i can better feedback. On which traffic source were you promoting psafe?

Overall Stats for 7/01/2014 :

Cost: 228.20$
Revenue: 134.76$
ROI : -40.95%

My Snapsext target campaign is in "profit" at 2.39% ROI

Psafe still in red, i have between 100 and 200 conversions per day but most have their own target so my target campaign always need a second optimization process i'd say, because the target convert once but may never convert again ...

It really feels like i pay a lot for small payouts, is it just me or zeropark is really pricy ?

Stats for 07/02/2014:

Cost: 182.09$
Revenue: 89.13$
ROI: -51.05%

Still optimizing...

Anybody else have some feedback or recommendations ?

What have you done to optimise so far?

I created Target campaigns for each converting campaign and i optimize them by pausing targets no longer profitable.

07-06-2014 04:57 PM #11 poulope972 (Member)

Stats for the last three days :

July 3th:
Revenue: 66.71$
Cost: 133.15$
ROI: -49.90%

July 4th:
Revenue: 42.44$
Cost: 72.34$
ROI: -41.33%

July 5th:
Revenue: 37.43$
Cost: 83.49$
ROI: -55.17%

As you can see i'm spending less since a few days, i lowered the bids on my RON campaigns until i can get my target campaigns profitable. I was feeling like i spent way too much CPV for RON traffic.

Still the same as before, optimizing target campaigns to improve my ROI to breakeven at least lol.

In my opinion, for what it's worth, you're doing pretty well for somebody just starting off.

Well thanks, but i don't feel like i can make a good profit from zeropark, i have some nice CTR and CR but the traffic is pricy imo. Looks like there are not a lot of people doing good on zeroparj to give some advices or something..

Like most traffic sources, prices have and will go up with influx of competition.

If you find landers and angles that work I would plug in different offers on the backend and see how you go.
