Pin submit or CPI for a noob just getting ready for first campaign?
Hi. Just joined up with a network and my AM has suggested a pin submit though I requested CPI. Are pin submits harder to promote than CPI for a noob, or in general? Are there any particular things to consider for pin subs? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

I don't fully understand how a PIN submit works and how the advertiser makes money from these?

advertisers make money by charging the user data usage... (via user carrier)..
I do not think there is a difficulty challenge between the two... but i would say the volume is way more with CPI than pin sub... because a lot of mobile still depends on wifi (don't have 3g/4g or data plans...) and if a mobile/tablet does not have a data plan... pin sub wont work on them...

Much like how you can get charged $0.50 or $1.99 per premium text from some service, PIN submit offers can charge you a monthly/weekly/daily fee through your carrier for their services.
Very lucrative if the user is on a pay monthly plan and often exorbitant. They can do well, but personally I find them unethical.
