We are looking for experienced BlackHat guy who can do direct ranking for lots of our niche sites (perfect if they can stay in top5 for 2-4 weeks & 301 redirect after that, domains can be changed like socks). We know what we do and had over a year of success until latest updates, have large budget available $10k++ per month. Depending on the level of success we can go unlimited with the budget and pay nice amount of monthly bonus, previous bonuses sometimes exceeded $20K per month.

Isn't there any experienced BH people? Still looking. Everybody seems to be down with their strategies after latest updates.
There probably are a few, but most of the forum members here are into paid traffic rather than SEO, and if in to SEO, are running more legitimate enterprises rather than churn-and-burn blackhat SEO.
Yep, sorry - I do the SEO thing a bit (although not as much as some of our members, who are extremely expert) but I'm strictly white-hat. 
So everyone are fair whitehat people over here? I am still looking, because everybody struggling to get passed through "filter" thing after latest Google update.
SEO isn't that hard to figure out. I've done lots of SEO and recently moved to paid traffic because of Google's mad guidelines. That doesn't mean I don't know what works and what doesn't. It's easy to rank if you've got a good budget, trust me. And yes, blackhat is the way to go. The question you need to ask yourself is can you profit from it? Large niches require large budgets. And a site needs to be built properly. None of those shitty sites. You'd have to build up a high quality site, or buy one that is/has already been established. I'm not sure if I have enough posts to use the PM function. I'm online on Skype every single day. But in terms of links? That's actually not the hard part. Anyways, my Skype is: albaneren_dk.

I just moved from SEO frompaid traffic way more consistent for me.
Also ever since penguin a bout 13 months ago, I was sitting on pos 1-2 for stuff like cheap auto insurance quotes,auto insurance quotes + a few other terms. It was anice $5+ EPC...
No one have been on those terms ever since then. I have been looking frequently on those terms to watch so I could re engineer what they were doing. But there have only been the known brand websites on page 1-2 ... So I say goodbye to it and doing way way better now.
