I had no idea there even existed Flash professional lol.

Even the "normal" flash is a dying technology which will be replaced by HTML5.

Yeah... move to HTML5 if you want to play with animation.

Flash/SWF ads are still fun to use but a) hard to make if you have little experience, b) not usable on iOS systems, c) dying out.

HTML5 allows rich media ads all the same that are virtually universally compatible.

HTML5 Maker (http://html5maker.com/) is a decent tool for making them and it will export SWF if you want it. Edge Animate is my fav.

Thanks guys. Does anyone do animations in addition to Zeno? Or mainly static banners?

I do a bit, but Zeno's the expert. I've seen a few things he's created with Edge Animate, and they're very impressive indeed.
