It is common, and good practice to split traffic to the offer on multiple networks if available, provided your cashflow allows this.
Advertisers do this at the network level to assess quality.
If you push leads for a while, ask for feedback on lead quality - if decent the advertiser will usually open the cap for you. It is normal for people to run $100 day on an offer, and then a week later move to $1,000+ daily.
If other networks have the same offer def run with them to get more cap.
If quality won't back out the advertiser will hit you up.
