I setup STM Mobile Tracker using the following article by @caurmen:

Offer from F5 is: [WAP] Mobogenie Market - Android apk - CPI
When I test the conversion, it seems to work OK on STM Mobile Tracker as I can see the converted click on the VISITORS tab. But F5 reporting doesn't show any clicks or conversion.
My Postback URL on F5 is: http://myserver.com/tracking202/stat....36&subid=#s2#
Description of the offer reads: "Offer converts on install and open.". Does this mean that in order for me to test conversion, I need to install and open mobogenie on an android device (or simulator)?
I would appreciate any advice/ guidance.

I'm confused - you say you tested the conversion but in what way?
By manually loading your tracking URL then loading the postback?
You should first confirm that clicks, loaded through an appropriate VPN, show up at F5.
If you then want to run a test conversion you will need to do it on a real Android device. It may be too much hassle, so just ask your AM if the offer is converting and run some test traffic to it.
P.S. Postback URL looks fine but I would put 0.36 not .36.
Everything looks correct, the offer converts fine so just send traffic.
However you don't need to enter the conversion amount in the url.
Your postback should look like this :

Thanks Zeno and bbrock32. I was testing the link manually... Should I try with browser stack? I'll also will check with AM. And run some traffic.
No, don't try to use BrowserStack to download and install apps.
They are emulators, not real devices, so are for page testing only.
