[MOBILE] Question: Is it possible to have multiple visitors with SAME IP?

I have setup my campaign to "ONE" impression per 24hours...

Do mobile devices (MOBILE/WIFI)... really uses/recycle the same IP??? or I am getting a crappy visitors from the traffic source?

Here is an example:

IP Address | Visits
123.123.123.123 | 80
200.123.123.202 | 85
143.123.123.150 | 83
222.123.123.180 | 87

This run took 4hours... and 1 IP gets 70+ visits!

I checked the ISP/CARRIER... and they seemed to be coming from reputable companies like T-MOBILE / SPRINT / AT&T / VERIZON and etc...

so they are in no way to be a list of proxies... so I am wondering what is going on...

That's common as some mobile carriers run all their traffic through proxies.
