What is your Test Priority / Sequence / Process in Mobile?

Hi guys,

What is your test priority / formula / steps in mobile? Is it developing 5 angles with 5 banners each? Or 5 angle 1 banner each and later add on? Do you zoom in to any category, or device when you test, or just open to all? Would like to understand and consider different ways you guys prioritize or setup your testing steps.

Thanks in advance for any help contributed.

1. angle
2. banner concept
3. lander style
4. placement

^pretty much same method as above

I usually play around with device/carrier, and then placements.

Do you follow these steps even when you have 0 conversions after step 3 or 4?

it depends on offer, if an offer doesn't send you any leads by the time it spends offer payout x10 then it probably is a shit offer, or the traffic source isn't suitable for it

with experience, (if you stick to 1 specialty - for me that's CPI) you can tell after spending some cash if an offer is worth pursuing or not..

if you jump around, and try 10 diff verticals, you'll never get to the level where you can just know if its good, pursue, or run while you can

I always try to get a few conversions or atleast hit -50% ROI before i move on to further steps.
