Question about exoclick (8)
Hello STM brothers. I have made a campaign on exoclick and after 2 days it's still in pending. Can you guys tell me how much it takes until gets approved ? Never had issues with other traffic sources. Thanks !
their approval team is going 24/7. typically it takes somewhere between 15-1 hour. to get a campaign/banner approved.
i'd open a ticket
I would submit a ticket or call their offices.
Approvals are really fast in general.
Maybe it is because of banners language?
Thanks for the answers . It seems that my account isn't verified. But i send them an email how to verify it but no answer. I understand that they require some information but they didn't responded yet . Anyone has an idea what info do they need ?
no clue. opened my account a while back. don't remember what was needed
search my old email. I needed to verify my account when I opened it. but thats as far as the trail goes..
I opened up an Exoclick account recently. It did take a few days to get my first camp approved. Since I was new to them they wanted an explanation of my business. I submitted the info and it was approved. Here's the email they sent me.

What kind of product is it exactly and what is your business model?
Are you directly administrating the websites showing in your campaigns and can you provide us with any evidence (screenshot of the domain registration)?
