Mobile campaign tracking

I'm just wondering if when you guys set up a mobile campaign and divide it into: WiFi/App, WiFi/Site, Carrier/App, Carrier/Site - do you also create the same division in your tracker or do you just have a single campaign in your tracker collecting all of the data from the mobile traffic source?

It's good practice to split them because:

1. It makes it easier to see campaign performance at a glance.
2. It lets you rotate offers/landers independently.
3. Some tracking systems don't let you drill down into custom variable stats far enough to easily segregate the data if it were in one campaign.
