For the first month of Facebook activity, I got no real support from Facebook. Then after a month of spend, I got assigned an account rep based in Barcelona that I could call. This was great!
Now, as of a few weeks, Facebook informed me that they no longer will offer phone support, and all requests must go through an email ticket. Problem is that now I never seem to get a reply now or the replies are all by different people and are contradictory.
Does anyone know what the new spending threshold is to get phone support back?
Did you start out with their small business/startup program?
If so, you're not going to get phone-level support back any time soon.
This really requires a business/agency account and a good relationship with a rep there.
I would create a business account, provided you are running compliant campaigns or ones for you own business, and try to establish a better line of contact there.
