Hello there, what does optimize by pubid means? And what do you need to add to tokens to have it work?

Pubid is generic and just means "publisher id", i.e. and ID code for the specific website a banner was served on.
What tokens you use depends on the traffic source - I suggest looking through their documentation or asking a rep if you have one.
Some sources will also have their own conversion tracking and will let you optimise 'pubs' at the traffic source end directly.
Could mean a bunch of different things in different contexts.
Can you give us a little more frame of reference where it's being used?
