Hey guys, just got my VPS up and running and installed prosper, so what do you do now? Do you go and install wordpress and install landers that way, or something else?
On the 2013 guide it just seems to skip this step of setting up the website/landing page, so can anyone point me in the direction of any guides that are on here?

For simple affiliate landers it is not a good solution, and it is a security vulnerability if you aren't on the ball - not to mention it can be very slow, again if not technically adept.
Note that you don't install landers. You design them, and then upload html/php/css/image files.
Solo affiliate marketing requires you to be very comfortable with whipping up landing pages, editing the code to plug in tracking codes, uploading to a server/CDN and then loading in your browser to check, followed by vetting of your tracking system.
Before pursuing IM/AM further, I strongly suggest you read up on some basic design courses, how html/css works, then get familiar with using FTP accounts and uploading files to your server and how to access them from the web.
Quite seriously, spend half a week just getting familiar with this. Once you get used to designing pages and uploading them, change the html landers to php (just change the file extension) and integrate in the LP tracking code the the STM-modded p202 provides. Generate links in p202 and check that the tracking URL > landing page > offer click flow is performing as you expect.
You'll want to have this all below your belt before you attempt any campaigns.
