Yet another mobile antivirus follow along! I SHOW EVERYTHING

This campaign went live about 8 hours ago (1 PM Brazil time)

Offer: PSafe AV Suite (What else )
Country: Brazil
Traffic Source: Decisive
OS: Android
Payout: $0.45
Method: Direct Link
Banners: 4 (I know it was supposed to be 8 but I couldn't come up with that much, need some more inspiration)
Angle: 1 (I basically said they might have a virus if their phones are slow and asked them to scan it)

Banners (these guys animate but only for 3 loops as per Decisive's guidelines)

Stats:

Observations:

Getting very low CTRs on app traffic. Is this the norm in mobile?
Having trouble spending $8 per day per campaign, I assume this is due to my low eCPMs for the app traffic campaigns but Wifi ones are doing decent IMO (>1% CTR) Anyhow, I've bumped up the SmartCPM to $0.75 from $0.68

Any critique is very much appreciated

Check out the apps in the live reports. There might be some that are pulling your stats down.
Great banners btw

Yes, great banners! Being creative is key. Testing memes is also wise - they are inherently viral/trendy, though don't always do well.

Low CTR on app traffic is neither normal or abnormal - the data is what it is for any particular campaign.

Spend more on each banner in each campaign and start blacklisting placements that have spent a reasonable amount but garnered no conversions (e.g. spent 2-3x offer payout but no conversions).

Pro tip: Your using a pic of a regular turtle.. why? Use a pic of a bloody fucked, half dead, beaten turtle or something shocking / extreme. Increases CTR

I take it this would help increase CTR

You need to try some different banners. Those might be catchy but imo they don;t convert well. If you want to direct link you need to "presell" and create urgency with your banners

i tested memes and everything under the sun, problem with cool/funny/weird imagery is lots of people click it, and yea u get high CTR but your CR suffers

Thanks for the feedback guys! To be honest I have trouble coming up with crazy banner ideas.

Is there anywhere you guys get your inspiration from?

all cool sites but what about copyright infringement .. i have green light to do whatever???

we need master list for all networks banner sizes, pix resolutuion in PSD, TIFF formats both web and mobile

I wouldn't worry too much about using random images people have created and uploaded to a site like Worth1000... for the most part these submissions will involve people taking whatever image they want and editing them with creative freedom.

In other words, they probably used images they don't own rights to in the first place.
