As relatively experienced and successful media buyers I'm sure we all have contacts and networks we can lean on to share information and ideas.
I'm putting together something a little smaller and more structured. The idea is weekly sharing, problem solving and accountability.
The main focus will be 1 weekly call in which each member will:
1. Spend 5 minutes explaining something relatively new/unknown that's working for them;
2. Pose their biggest problem, and allow 10-15 minutes for the group to brainstorm;
3. Commit to a manageable action plan for the week.
I got this structure from being part of a couple XX,XXX fee info product masterminds that I've been involved in in the past btw.
The requirement to join is a minimum of 30k in traffic spend per week on Facebook and a firm commitment to a once per week call. I will of course be subject to the same standards. We're looking for 4 member initially and then perhaps hiring a team leader to take notes and control the flow.
