Same Ad - Different CTR - statistically significant

Hey guys,

check this out:

Ad 1:
190 Conversions
€1.93 Per Conversion
€661.56 Spend
115,905 Reach
1.26 Frequenxy
2,120 Clicks
1.447% CTR
€0.25 CPC Bid
€0.17 Average CPC

Ad 2:
375 Conversions
€2.06 Per Conversion
167,084 Reach
1.75 Frequency
6,671 Clicks
2.280% CTR
772.55€ Spend
€0.25 CPC Bid
€0.12 Average CPC

Two absolutely identical ads (same ad id, not duplicated) with the same bid and everything the same.
They're part of the same ad group (i always make 3 duplicates of every ad, so these are 2 out of 4 identical ads)

How is that possible?
The CTR is widely different allthough there should be no noise in the data anymore as both are 100k+ impressions.

News feed ads? Check the 'average position in news feed' stat.

Yep, and depending if it's ocpm and what the optimization criteria is...the algo could be focusing on different sub groups within your demo

Did you every figure out the cause for this?

Was it because of the different 'average position in news feed'?
