For starting I'm interested in working with Latin America Countries specially(in order):
Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central America, South America(except Brazil).
1) What newbie friendly affiliate networks have a large number of offers in various vertical in these countries?
2) What traffic sources have large volume in this countries? (mobile,ppv,etc)
1. I don't know of any specific networks specialise in LATAM offers... but particular verticals may have a larger presence in LATAM e.g. adult dating, PIN submits, bizopps, etc. Mobile is particularly booming in LATAM so you might want to focus on mobile offers, in which case most of the networks have something for you... Try F5, Adsimilis, Neverblue, A4D, etc.
2. Mobile usage in LATAM is high cf. more developed regions. Since mobile traffic is only going to increase, I would focus on that. Most mobile traffic sources will offer a large amount of LATAM traffic and will plug into similar exchanges.
