Let's say you were building out a product to help with x issue and you were gathering a focus group. Is there a list of standard questions that get asked?
Wouldn't you want the questions to be focused around your specific problem.. i feel like standard questions would ruin the whole point of the focus group.
If you have never done a proper focus group before, I would suggest you try to attend one or two run by a professional market research company as a participant first.
Depending on how you ask the questions, what order you ask questions, how you frame the issues etc, you can get wildly different answers ... many of which will not be reflective of market reality, and hence, useless. Professional market researchers know how to avoid these roadblocks.
If you live in a major city, you should be able to volunteer for a market research/focus group panel and see how these are run.
