I've been testing both direct linking and landing page for PSafe Suite/Antivirus and I have to say, the direct link outperformed.
I remember reading one of Mr. Green's post saying that if the payout is <$1, you should direct link.
However, I think there's another post from Stackman stating that if it's an antivirus offer, there should be a landing page.
Anyhow, my banners on average are doing 0.8-1.3%+ CTR but I only got 3 conversions out of 500 clicks direct linking. And of course, 0 conversions out of 250 from two different landing pages.
Any advice on optimizing and increasing CVR would be appreciated. I spoke to my AM and the network average is 16% conversion so it came as a surprise to me when I made $1 out of $70 spend, expected to be like -75% or maybe -50% ROI but not -98% ROI. I tested 4 different angles so far with 6-8 animated banners each and since I followed the Mobile Cookbook guide, technically none of them works, so I'm not really sure what to do. If I had more conversions, I would at least be able to pinpoint the types of devices, carriers, and etc. that are best performing but the spread is too much to even determine that.
P.S. Here's are two example banners:

I think you should keep collecting data and culling the ones that don't work? This offer is kind of very competitive right now I guess...
You definitely need a lander for most Anti virus related offers.
I was doing a mid 5 figures profit/day on this offer alone, and yes I can tell you, you need a lander for this offer too.
Switch to UCweb, trust me
^^ what rat says!
Yeah, this offer definitely performed much better with a lander for me.
I've been also running this for a long time, you def need a lander.
You will be competing with affiliates that have a lander and everything else optimized to squeeze the most profit possible.
Most anitivirus offers do better with a lander, it's the element that convinces the user they NEED *this*
Ah nvm my question... I just googled it.. lol.. its actually an offer... :P
I thought it was an abbreviation "U" and "C" and web.. lol
Where do you host Brazil LP's?
BR hosting company, CDN...?
Or can you handle with US base hosting?
Get a server based in urr Miami/Florida area or go straight for a CDN with PoPs in LATAM.
Personally I would go for a CDN and if I really needed PHP, or was using a self-hosted tracking system, I would get a VPS in e.g. Sao Paulo.
