Many of you might remember my Google Rant on March 30th, about their March 30th developer update. Where they fucked up their auto approval system so banners that were compliant kept getting rejected... ok took them 2 months to fix it so its 80% operational...
and now, not long ago - they came out with another genius update -- AS IF the people making the decisions behind their ad platform never ran an ad in their life. Well, to make a long story short no matter how high you bid now, you simply won't get a lot of volume. You will in some geos, you won't in others.
WHY? I have no clue, that is why I'm posting in here...
They changed their system so an add for a game that's a casual game will only show on phones that have previously installed a casual game and/or in other casual games. WTF
Its an "exciting new change" which they revealed at that adwords hangouts or roundtable recently. Another ill thought out mistake.
They knew that you are making way too much money...
:P
yea i am also struggling getting some volume
suuuuckeerss

Fact:
- June 13th, 2014: IAmAttila calls out Google for their "clueless" and "ill-thought out strategies"
- October 17th, 2014: Google misses quarterly earnings estimates, stock falls 6.3%
Coincidence??? I think not.
Spot on!
On the same note, has anything changed in that regard?..
Wow.
They are certainly making it easy for Facebook to look a lot better, what with the constant development and release of Atlas.
