Hello! It has been a hell of a ride with FB advertising thus far. We have switched gears from Conversions to a Likes campaign parallel to promoted posts in order to funnel fans into our marketing message stream and get more eyeballs on our content (to build brand recognition and trust). I expect the sign up/leads process to take longer but I need to come up with different ways to get our sign up form/ email form in front of the crowd.
With that said, I am looking to integrate a Sign Up form on FB as well as pop-ups onsite. Does anyone have any good app recommendations to do this (not too pricey)? Or examples on how I can make this kind of funneling work?

Do you mean signing people up to your email list?
If that's the case, I would make a custom tab for your page and just build a page that integrates a form from e.g. Aweber, GetResponse, MailChimp, etc. They all do similar things but have slightly different pricing.
No need to use services that provide specialised tab apps for that.
