which country for VPS/tracking?

I've been reading guides and posts about having your VPS hosting near your offers.

I purchased cpvlab and I noticed they only allow one standalone client to be installed on one domain.

How do you guys deal with running offers in multiple countries? Do you purchase multiple VPS so each offer has its own in the country?

And is it ok to have my tracking on beyond hosting while say I target an offer in UK?

Voluum + CDN will solve most of your issues.

There are lots of ways to go about it.

Voluum is 'cloud' hosted and geographically distributed in several Amazon datacentres.

You can buy VPS as needed and install self-hosted trackers as your campaigns call for them.

Some stuff I have attempted is cloning self-hosted tracker installs to multiple VPS around the world and synchronising them + load balancing at the DNS level (i.e. route traffic to nearest node) but this is difficult as tracking systems aren't often coded with this in mind.

Lastly you can have a dedicated server somewhere and use dynamic HTTP acceleration e.g. CloudFlare Railgun or badass stuff provided by CDNetworks that will set you back several grand a month.

For the newbie, especially if you have no knowledge of servers or PHP or any inclination to use PHP scripts, the path with the lowest barrier to entry is Voluum and hosting landers on a CDN such as Rackspace's, Amazon CloudFront, MaxCDN, etc.
