I've been using CPVlab for a few months now and I have had to update some campaign conversions manually with the converting subIDs from my aff network conversion report, so I know that I am doing it correctly. However, I ran a campaign last night, checked my CPVlab stats, then checked my stats in my aff network and they differed by 4 conversions. So I manually updated the converting clicks in CPVLab, but that changed nothing... Have you guys using CPVLab ever experienced a problem like this? I simply cannot figure out where the extra 4 conversions came from and I'd really like to know..
Could it be time differences - are you comparing lifetime stats?
I thought of the time differences possibility and it isn't related to that, I compared lifetime stats for that campaign and it still is off by 4. Oh well, just going to move on. I'm guessing my server was just a little laggy at one point during the campaign and maybe my pixel page timed out during the pixel fire.
No idea but I would think manually uploading the click IDs that converted should force the data to agree between network and CPV Lab. How many conversions are there overall - i.e. is this a difference of 4 in 1000?
Hey I had this problem earlier this week, CPVLab wasn't reading my "SubID2" or whatever.
