"watch it double or triple speed"? how can I do that? which player should i use? VLC?
and if i watch it at double or triple speed, would i still be able to hear it clearly?

yeah use vlc.

start with 1.5x and before you know it your brain is used to that speed and whenever you hear normal speed it will seem incredibly slow.

im on a mac and use VLC - keycombo >
speed up: cmd =
slow down: cmd -

depending on the speed of the presenter I settle on about 2 to 2.5 times.

see what works for you and train your brain

It was 8 years ago, so I think they removed the content. Anyway, If you need some sources to write headlines, I suggest you this article from Gary Halbert https://www.thegaryhalbertletter.com..._headlines.htm (If you don't know him, make yourself a favour and read his Boron Letters book and everything from him. His newsletter archive itself is full of gold)

The trick is is not to adapt those by changing the words. Rather to understand the working process, why it worked and the hook.
