Hi
i want to get into the mobile scene, cos its new, its sexy, its razzmatazz, but how does a newbie to the scene get accepted into the mobile affiliate networks?
I've applied to a few and need to be earning at least $1000 a month from web marketing, which i'm not at yet.
is that the answer - get better at desktop and then get in? or are there less strict networks out there that will let me spend my money with them?

Go for F5Media. Good offers and since you are a STM member, they will let you in easier.
However, the best way to get in is to team up with someone who is experienced in any affiliate field.
For the nicer and bigger ones, like Mundo or Yeahmobi, Peerfly, A4D, Kingmobi, they want you to have at least some experience. But you can try at least. Make a webpage like here:

There are some networks that will accept "noobs", but they likely won't give you dedicated service.
Be sure to explain your relevant experience and any networks that you are signed up with already.
