Wanted to ask for some advice on launching a new CPA offer on affiliate networks?
The Situation
We've been optimizing a new CPA offer for the last 2 months and we're ready to scale up volume. It pays $12-$15 for just a name, email, and phone number on a solid page so we think it's attractive to affiliates.
There are also 2 more offers in the works with a high payout (different niches) and we don't want to shove them on 3 networks and saturate the offer or devalue quality for the client.
The Question
Any ideas on how we can find the right affiliates/networks to launch with? Like Neverblue, Mundo Media, CJ, Max Bounty?
Also, can anyone recommend an "Advertiser Advisor/Coach" (aka. someone who knows what their doing) that can point us in the right direction? Would be willing to negotiate some sort of royalty/lead to someone who has experience launching successful offers and can spend a few moments helping us out with what we got.

I don't have experience with the offer owner side of CPA offers, but I'm sure you'll get great advice on that from other STMers!
