CPVLab With Decisive Questions

Just about to launch a campaign on decisive with CPVLab and have a quick questions.
What tracking macros do I need to add as extra tokens in CPVLab? Also there are 2 check checkboxes next to them, one says LP, and the other says offer, which one do I tick?

Yes you need to add those tokens to CPVLab.

Just tick the ones that say to LP, you don't need to pass any tokens to the offer.

Check Decisives help for their macros and add whatever you want. You will need to pass {{{bidhash}}} if you want to postback to Decisive for conversion tracking.
