From my understanding blocking must be done at the source (where the ad displays), not with your lander. I doubt you would have access to block from the source.

I hear there is a way to cloak your URL? Haven't got confirmation on it though.

There is no way to block them unless you know the IPs they use to scrape.
Most of them emulate a real visitor perfectly. Even if you find the IPs you would still have to keep updated since they update very often.
Would be best to focus your energy on launching more camps

Actually the spying on mobile campaings is not really working. Whatever you do you get results from wifi traffic since you are not on telcos gateway. The profitable nuggets work on telcos range eg- only specific carrier , not via wifi. To spy on that you need to have a sim card from that carrier, which is a bit hard to get. Eg.. most countiries have 3 carriers, good luck getting it from a country like India which has even more and requires personal IDs to get the number / SIM card.
Now even disregarding the wifi / telco traffic. Most campaings, at least the profitable, are pinpointed around a specific phone brand / model / resolution. Check the existing spy tools, which one shows ads shown on a Galaxy Tab 10.1 2014 edition .. or any specific samsung model for that matter. As far as I know none.. So from the exisitng spy tools you're getting the campaings that work on wifi.. and are very early in campaing phase, before the cutting of devices and pinpointing profit pockets.
So with regards to your question, and I apologize to jump on this.
Its much much harder for people to spy on your camps. If you exclude the wifi in begining before campaing starts, the campaign is 99,99% spy-prof (only the people who have a local sim card and are on telcos gateway can see it).
