Are there any other mobile traffic sources that are recommended by admins/mods? (30)

Are there any other mobile traffic sources that are recommended by admins/mods?

I am getting tired of waiting my camps approved by Decisive...

I started creating campaigns since Friday morning (05/30) and it took the whole morning to get my camps checked...

and when someone actually checks my camps... the camps get rejected...

so I have to re-do it again... today is 06/03... and I still do not have any camps "ACTIVELY" running...

my banners got rejected again... because of their 3 loops animation rule...

I have no problem following their "ad approval rules"... but I have a problem with their "Approval time"...

so far... I found inMobi...

I also saw that thread about mobile traffic source list... but it will drain my budget if have to test them all...

I am looking for some mobile network that has been tested by STM admins/mods... and that they recommend them...

Thanks a lot in advance...

Decisive, Inmobi, Leadbolt, Airpush, Mojiva, Mocean, Mobfox are some of my fav to start testing on.

No problemo, just a heads up airpush is a dying art. Push notifications aren't allowed the same they once were, but for now there's still tons of traffic to capitalize on.

Thanks for the heads up!

I saw AdFonic mentioned; do NOT use them. They suck. Completely unresponsive and unhelpful.

I see buzzcity mentioned - I felt that their traffic wasn't great, but I have little experience. Baptiste is a good guy there, though. Hunt ads is good for South America, but I think they require a min $1000 deposit. Again, I could be wrong. Mmedia seems to be good and they do a lot of coupons, so they may be the best place to start.

I heard some time ago that they were completely shutting down their self-serve stuff.

Eventually you will learn what isn't allowed and it won't matter. After getting rejected a few times like you are I read http://help.decisive.is/knowledgebas...ection-reasons. All the reasons I had been getting rejected were listed.

Latest from Hunt $3000 deposit
============
Last but not least, we will need to confirm the usd $3000 prepayment in our Pay Pal account (payments@huntmads.com) so we can move forward. Just to set clear, we do not work with refunds and our minimum budget per offer is usd $1000 and our minimum daily cap is usd $ 100. This is to have logical numbers to analyze the offer and of course redirect the best traffic to your campaigns.

Good thread..

Definitely needed this info myself.

buzzcity sucks in the sense, if you have 10~20 sets of creatives for an offer then you got to create as many campaigns :-)

Imagine you are running 10~20 campaigns and each has 10~20 creatives sets! You will soon go mad.

Secondly, they have some weird policy of site id blocking. They allow only 20 site Id blockings - it could be for accounts(they have some concept of sub-accounts, btw).

Any experienced guys in buzzcity can shed some light as to how best one can organize the campaigns there - perhaps, one campaign per sub-account!

Buzz city sux for that reason and also for newbs because they dont enable pubids until someone spends 500 or more in one go.

Adfonic was rebranded as Byyd back in March.

this troll thread turned out to be pretty good! oh yea and $3k deposits with no refunds? That's seems insane.

What do you guys do when only branded banners are allowed? Try another traffic source or sign up and try branded banners?

10-05-2014 04:58 PM #25 mobxpert (Member)

I had a pretty bad experience with bloated clicks/over charging with hunt mads back then. Gotta be careful if the deposit is non-refundable.

Biggest drawback with mMedia, if I remember correctly, is inability to block traffic based on browser type/opera mini or proxy traffic. Also I don't clearly remember if they allow targeting based on OS version.

Anybody has any experience with todacell & go2mobi - good/bad?

10-05-2014 05:35 PM #28 bbrock32 (Administrator)

^ I generally just skip to another source.

I' v got some profit on go2mobi, it's just fine I think. But it seems impossible for me to raise my conversions to 1000 per day.

10-22-2014 11:22 AM #30 bbrock32 (Administrator)

Is it on one geo only? Also what else is stopping you scaling, lack of traffic or high bids?
