Monetize my email list (Employment Related)

Hi

I have collected email addresses primarily of people looking for jobs in Middle-East and South East Asia. These people are looking for jobs in various sectors. I collected these from already existing job portals, LinkedIn etc.

I am now looking for ways I can monetize this list. Have few ideas, want your advice on these and any other new ideas you might have please share.

1. Email Marketing - Basically directing them to resume making websites, skills building websites, courses and education related websites and collecting fees from agencies or websites based on per signup.

2. Selling related products ebooks, trainings etc. like Self-help, increasing confidence, negotiation skills, public speaking skills, laws of attraction, stress management, time management, how to be a better manager.

3. Selling unrelated products and services - This will be a little difficult but mainly selling Online Money Making products as some of these people might be unemployed and looking for making quick money online.

These are some ideas but hopefully you guys can advise best approach and if any other ways also there to sell to this list.

Have these people opted into a list, i.e. supplied their email voluntarily, or did you scrape them from sites?

These emails are from a database i.e. a recruitment portal. I will be sending them a mail initially and will be asking for their opt-ins. That ways I will know exactly how many of them are actually interested in my offers This way I will have clean list to do email marketing.

How big is the list? One has to be careful with spamming legislation but I imagine you won't risk much in the middle-east/SEA.

I'd wait for some advice from someone experienced with mailing.

It is close to 50k+ list. Yeah not many legislation at current stage in my country. Also I won't be sending to all, I will be testing with 5k at one time and checking the results but yeah I will wait for more experienced advice. Thanks! I might try this Email Course by a guy called Andre Chaperon (comes highly recommended though a little costly).
