Requested a license reset more than 3 days ago so i can move domains n no replies...even submitted another ticket but no dice
Yeah, their support team guys are totally ignorant bastards. In return I decided to decrypt their code and fixed the issue myself :-P
Still waiting..its almost been a week now.......not sure what to do..does anyone know if any cpv support guys have stm accounts?
I have to say I have completely opposite view. I have always found thier support to be outstanding, using get a response back within 10 minutes. I dont know if it helps any but I usually submit my tickets from here: http://thelabhelpdesk.com/ rather then sending them an email directly.
They are pretty responsive. They are not open on the weekends but they almost always respond within a day sometimes multiple times during the day.
They have always been great with me. I have opened more than 30 tickets in the past 6 months and they answered all of them quickly. What may be happening (which happened to me), is that they actually replied but you did not notice. Do a Gmail search for "A reply has been posted to your ticket" .
I have always found their support great, never had to wait for more than a few hours to get a reply.
Are you using hotmail by any chance? I ve been having trouble receiving emails from them with hotmail. Maybe they have actually replied but you didn't get the email saying they have responded?
I don't know about their helpdesk, but I always get replies from the owner within 24 hours with very detailed responses/solutions.
Maybe you should look at your junk folder or something?.
