I am running a campaign, and the CPA Network uses Cake. I am noticing something weird. When I log in to the CPA network Cake Dashboard, I see 15 conversions for today, then when I go to the tab for yesterday, it say 21 conversions. Now when I go back to the Today tab, it gives me a lower conversion / click data for today, it shows 9 conversions instead of 15 conversions.
So I thought this was some weird fluke but I logged out and looked at it again, and it seemed to do the same thing?
Any idea on this? I have noticed this even before, and wasnt sure what to make of this?
ive notice the same issue with aff networks using cake. mainly ClickDealer and adsimilis
there seems to be a bug with cake that shows your stats in CET. I assume because both those networks are Europe based. when you log in, it shows your stats in CET and when you refresh, it will show your stats in the time zone you have set
try changing your time zone in the aff network in CET. it should show the same stats as you had when you logged on
in the end, its not really a big issue and doesnt affect your campaigns.
FYI, ive noticed that the cake app tends to display stats in the time zone in which the aff network has set and will not change to the time zone you set
