So im trying to run on decisive....
Is there some magic formula to getting traffic from apps other than grindr and itube? Im talking northamerica uk and europe, so there shouldnt be a problem..
Im betting im just not familiar with the platform very well
If i bid average CPM for a country/targeting ill get 80% of grindr traffic and about 20% of itube NEW...
Little to nothing from any other app/site...
How do i get traffic from other app/sites?
I always see

im not quite sure what to make of that, am i bidding too low or is there just no traffic or are those two apps the main traffic they carry?....
Use Smart CPM and pause grindr/itube initially if you don't like them. Then all the traffic will come from other placements!
