Hope you guys can help out. I use CPVLab and in order to get conversion tracking info back to both CPVLab and the traffic source, I have to use the iframe pixel tracking. I have set the Iframe pixel at the CPA network which is using the Cake Platform, however, no conversion data in coming thru. I asked CPVLab and they relied with the following:
"Everything is well set and CPV Lab should track conversions when it occurs as long as your affiliate network is firing iFrame pixel."
Has anyone had this issue or provide assistance please?
Is the traffic source pixel an image/javascript pixel?
When you place pixels in Cake in the pixel HTML box, these will only work if the network has placed their Cake javascript/iframe pixel on the offer page.
This is not always the case, as some advertisers only support postback URLs. If it doesn't work, you should first ask your AM what conversion tracking is active on the offer.
