Referencing tokens in postback url in Voluum?

What's the proper format for tokens to include them in the postback URL? [[parameter]] (i.e. what I chose for the parameter name), {parameter}, [[c1]], {c1}, or........?

I think it's {parameter}

They have these next to the postback URL setting:

So, you would use {externalid} for the value passed after externalid=, {var1} for the first custom variable as configured below the options in the picture.

anyone know where i can find examples of how to set up my tracking tokens properly with Voluum and Leadbolt? Right now all I can see is my clicks and visits and CTR but nothing else. How do I set it up so that my cost, conversions, and revenue show up?

If in doubt just le'Google "{traffic source} tracking tokens" or macros rather than tokens.

I found this http://support.mobileapptracking.com...lt-Integration

You won't be able to pass cost data but you can set an average CPC in Voluum, then just look at cost/revenue at Leadbolt directly (presuming they track revenue).
