My affiliate manager just asked to see my lander the other day because I had asked her if I could use the advertiser's logo on my landing page. I know this is a stupid newbie question but was it wise to give my landing page to my AM?

Different people have different reactions to this.

Generally my assumption would be that it's OK to show the lander. If you're currently running a $x,xxx a day campaign and your AM suddenly asks to see all your landers for it out of the blue, that might be a different matter, but when you're starting out, it should be fine.

(BTW, moved this from a different thread as it was its own question.)

Hope that helps!

I encountered this a fair amount in the past, and had the same reaction at first. It is especially common when it comes to peoplemeet offers.

most of the time its just to make sure you are compliant, unless you were doing huge volume and they asked all of a sudden or you are doing huge volume and something shady where the advertiser complained i wouldnt worry about it

Its normal man. The AM is the last line of defense to ensure you're running a compliant campaign. Some advertisers want to make sure affiliates running their offers aren't misleading the user or running anything that could hurt them legally.
