Error: Invalid Postback Request - Cake/Voluum

Hi guys, quick question. I am experiencing the following error in regards to secure postbacks from Cake -> Voluum. My conversions for an upsell (step 2) offer aren't posting correctly for some reason. I have a secure postback on each one of the offers (step 1 and upsell step 2) in the network that look similar to this:

https://xxxx .trackvoluum.com/postback?cid=#s2#&payout=#price#

The Step 1 conversion comes over fine, but the step 2 gives the following error in Voluum:

Category: Invalid postback request
Details: Postback request invalid:Click ID argument: null
URL: http://xxxx .trackvoluum.com/postback?cid=&payout=xxxx

The xxxx's are my unique codes IRL, and the spaces are just there for this example. It looks like it's a Click ID problem, so I switched the click ID up but the problem still persists. I asked Voluum and Cake support, but maybe one of you guys know the fix while I wait for them to get back to me. My AM isn't sure what the issue is since the step 1 postback is working fine. Is this a Cake issue, Voluum issue, or offer side issue?

Thanks!

I presume it's because Voluum doesn't support multiple conversion events on a single click ID?

This may be something they will have to add in the future.

As far as I know Voluum supports multiple-offer pages where clicks go to offer A or B but doesn't support upsells.

You will have to get them to clarify though!

I'm also having issues adding Voluum postback links to Cake. Voluum seems to always give a HTTP 400 error on the postback.

Thanks, if they don't support it then that makes sense. I'll get clarification from Voluum directly and post back with the answer.

UPDATE: Voluum support responded, and said that it currently does not support multiple conversions from a single click ID, but this is something that will be implemented in the future.
