Marketing own product

Been here for few months and done some Facebook advertising just bit for testing and get some FB likes.

Anyway, we are aiming to release series of health products. First is “exercise/nutrition guide” (needs some polishing, but otherwise it’s almost ready) then coming series of “get rid of pain” products. I know there is ton of this stuff but hopefully we have a bit different angle. We have physiotherapist our team who is also very much into nutrition and holistic health, who’s doing the products.

1. We have blog, where we aiming to get high quality content at least once per week.

2. We have Facebook page where we aiming to post regular and get some kind a Facebook community

And of course each product get own landing page. Also thinking to make a landing page for the get subscribers our email list. (with FREE giveaway)

Couple questions:

1. What you recommend for traffic source? Is Facebook best or should we aim for some another source. I’m thinking that we could try to focus to get much FB likes and then target the product advertising for people who like our FB page.

2. Any recommendation to Affiliate network where to join to put our product. Clickbank maybe not the best choice?

Thanks!

1. FB is a great place to start. Make sure you look into retargeting too, I have a friend who is promoting her own FB diet product, who is doing ok with FB, but great with her retargeting campaigns.

2. It depends what action you want to pay out on. If you have a great funnel going then an lead gen offer could do great on CPA affiliate networks. If you want CPS you need to be hitting CR rates higher than your competition.

What is the product name?

Product name is still under thinking...

CPS will be way to go. At least in the beginning. No idea how our funnel works, this is our first product and we still learning.
