Super Noob Question - Tablet Traffic

Is tablet (e.g. ipads) traffic considered Mobile traffic? I have a preconceived notion that mobile = cell phones.

Yep an iPad and Xoom are regarded as tablets.

Yes.

Tablets (iPad etc.) = mobile.

Runs Android or Apple iOS = likely considered mobile.

Unless you run Adwords in which case Google treats tablets as Desktop (much to everyone's frustration)

I run a lot of tablet traffic and it really depends on the offer.
Some accept it as desktop traffic, and some as mobile or not at all.

Related to this thread, can anybody recommend traffic sources with EU tablet traffic? (and the possibility to only target tablet traffic?)

Decisive would spring to mind immediately, as would most other mobile rtb platforms with decent targeting.
