Best Retargeting Networks?

Hey guys, I have done a search on the forum but unable to find anything i'm after.

I'm looking for a list and feedback on the current retargeting networks out there. Pref ones that have facebook in their inv.

PerfectAudience, though I think they are not accepting new affiliate members.

Facebook also has their own retargeting via website custom audiences... as simple as dropping a pixel and defining a URL matching expression.

Otherwise there's AdRoll and I think Bevo might have access to the FBX.

That would suck if that's the case, I'll check with Brad at PerfectAudience to see if that's happening.

Wanted to follow up on this.

PerfectAudience says FB doesn't want affiliates on FBX.

Ahh - thanks for clarifying. I tried to look through their T&C and couldn't find it again (I looked some time ago and confirmed that they had mentioned no affs).
