Decisive + Content Billing Offer - (11)

Decisive + Content Billing Offer -

$500 budget - $270 spent - 2 conversions

Tested 8 banners, 3 landers - all received enough traffic (offer payout is $3.75)

4 angles, 2 banners per angle = 8 banners
3 angles, 1 lander per angle = 3 landers

Conversion came from 1 angle, and the two banners for that angle.
1 sale came from Angle1 lander, the other from Angle2 lander

All conversions came from the same APP, but ROI for that placement is -70% because i spent $64 dollars on it and made back less than $10 LOL

What should I do next?

Option A) Run only the 2 banners for the best angle and the 2 landers that bought the sales, and block the placements that spent offer payout x3 but -30% ROI or greater?
Option B) Abandoned this completely and try another offer?
Option C) Spend all $500, and maybe get total 5 conversions and then load more money to waste?

$270 spent and 2 conversions at $3.75 each, so thats $7 revenue from $270 worth of traffic? Cut it all together, you've done something horribly wrong, find the problem first. I would say the offer is most likely shitty with that low performance.

I won't say its horribly wrong. You just found something which doesn't work. You paid for data. Now find its value.

And what did that data tell him? The only thing I see in it is that the offer doesnt convert with the setup he created, hence it needs to be cut and restarted from scratch again, most likely with completely different offer.

This isn't enough?

Hmm - per angle, what were the stats?

Out of 4 angles on banners, 1 angle brought in the only 2 conversions

How many clicks did you send to the offer and how many angles in total?

4 or 7?

I'd probably ditch a campaign if I tried e.g. 5+ angles and the offer converted really badly across them all.

This offer just sucks, plain and simple. Me and content billing offers don't like each other, that's because I can't see what I'm really selling, can't test it, can't use it, can't get a feel for it.

I tested another one, spent $277 dollars and got 143 leads. Tons of actionable data, so we're good.

Haha next time don't spend so much when you aren't getting conversions! And yes sometimes it's not good putting all eggs into an offer if it isn't proven on the source.

Hah, yea lesson learned, no point to chase statistically significant data sometimes...
