Each ad run more than 5 times the payout.
I used 1 lander.

How do I optimize this?

Make more adds similar to e37 and e32, and kill the rest below 50% ROI.
Yeah... look at those top ads and make new ads to split test against. Kill everything outside the top 5.
The second ad in blue has a higher CVR but a lot less data so I would focus on e37/e32 as andrius said.
And for god sakes split test multiple landers and some other offers!
Given the volume that's there and current success you should be able to push a bunch of ads to 100+% ROI.
