Lol. Those don't even have calls to action. Even if you consider the play button as being one, it certainly isn't aggressive and the last two don't have anything!

..ive been dealing with this shit for past 2 months, google reps are clueless...

problem is, if i was to resubmit them later, and get them disapproved again - my account would get limited by their system for too many disapprovals..

adwords doesn't like arrows at all. they don't like anything that infers to click the ad which is stupid in my opinion. in your image you have a finger clicking the ad which is why i would guess those ads are being disapproved. You have to change your mindset when you look at your ads and ask the question - is there anything in the ad which is inferring (images or text) the user to click on your ad and remove/change it. I know - it is totally stupid.

heh, the problem is i did change my mindset... and i had banners disapproved which just had the logo (brand) with trick to click gimmick
