Hi guys,
I'm having a bit of a problem here, my host (Amerinoc) helped me as much as they could they say, but the problem still occurs.
So the problem is that lots of people don't receive my emails from my company email ( IE: support@mycompany.com), most of the time it are people with a @live or @hotmail account.
What could be the reason of this? I have never done anything crazy to be blacklisted with this email (or any emails on my host).
Or could it be my host?
We had the same issue with one of our products as well. @live, @hotmail and @outlook were all blacklisted for no reason.
We switched to a STMP service (Sendgrid.com, 200 mails a day is free I think) to send out our emails. Problem solved.
Thanks alot man! Will check them out right away
Are you sending bulk emails or is it one to one? If you are sending bulk emails, you should use an ISP such as Mailchimp. if it is your one to one emails, try signing up for a managed exchange service where they can manage this for you. Also, this tool can tell you if you are blacklisted: http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
