What traffic source do you recommend for testing international apps downloads?

I would go this decisive.
They have good volume and excellent support.
If you just need a few others, Inmobi, Admob (for legit apps), Admoda, Buzzcity.

So everyone talks about Decisive, so that seems a no brainer. And I've just looked at/applied to the ones you recommended too, Stackman. Cheers guys.
Couple questions now for anyone who can help:
1. I've read that there are loads more traffic sources out there. Are there any more you'd recommend other than the ones already in this thread? I'm hungry for quality +high volume traffic sources!
2. buzzcity specifically - I've read a few things both here on STM and on the net about buzzcity that has made me hesitant to apply to them. Basically, are they definitely good quality + trustworthy?

1. I've wrote a speech on this somewhere but the short version is, go test 20+ for yourself. Why? .. because you'll find 1-2 GOLDMINES from that hard work and you'll have your very own amazing traffic source to run all your campaigns on with not nearly as much competition as the big ones. I highly recommend it even though it takes a months worth of hard work!
2. Buzzcity is good at bad.
Good: Targeting, decent volume
Bad: Annoying to create campaigns, shitty reps
