Millions of Impressions for Cheap?

Where can I get millions of traffic at 0.01cpm/cpc?
Doesn't matter web/mobile, country or quality of traffic.

I forgot to add, it should be a traffic source where I can use banners/images.

Does it need to be real traffic? Very cheap display traffic tends to be bot-tastic.

0.01 CPM and CPC is not the same

At 0.01 CPC you can get quite some mobile traffic on non popular geos.

You could use Buzzcity / Decisive / Inmobi etc.

At 0.01 CPM I doubt you will find anything that's not bots.

Maybe go piss of people on 4chan and tempt them to DDoS you, that would be free!

Or (if you want load testing) you could use www.blitz.io or a JMeter setup across a couple of VPSes, which might be less painful...
