All the guides say: focus on one traffic source only in the beginning.
ok a traffic source is: mobile, or Facebook, PPV etc.
However, if you have a network with multiple traffic sources for instance--> Decisive, what then? They also have different verticals.
Don't you guys mean: Choose for the beginning: one traffic source, AND affiliate nerwork AND vertical? And stick to it?

Yep, you're absolutely right. If you're starting with a multiple-vertical traffic source it's definitely wise to stick to one, or at most two closely related, verticals.
For example, app installs and app install-style PIN submits are close enough to be OK, but app installs and adult dating, not so much.
I'd focus on vertical specific. Like Games or Dating and one traffic source. Too much variance in app installs as far as demo's of users.
