Anyone else having this issue with Qwaya/Power Editor?
For the last two days, I have scheduled campaigns in Qwaya to begin at midnight Los Angeles time. For some reason (despite confirming campaign launch times in PE), my ads have been getting posted 3-4 hours late. At which point, it looks like FB tries to play catch up (see attachments). This seems to have a fairly big impact on my CPC's...I've emailed Qwaya support but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this?
So, I assume your FB account is on pacific time. Are you 100% sure your server/CPV Lab timezone is also PDT/PST?
Also, what are the budgets of the ad sets?
FB is on Los Angeles time...I believe those budgets were $150 each or something. Server/CPV lab are PDT/PST as well. Something is definitely screwy.

Could just be the pause/resume effect unfortunately... Qwaya can't get around that.
Note that FB is apparently soon to be releasing their own day-parting solution which doesn't involve pausing/resuming, but I have no specific details or a release date.
