Signed up for Decisive. No response.

Hello,

I signed up for Decisive yesterday. Waited a couple of hours. No email.

I expected something, at the very least a "confirm your email address" type.

Hmm...I looked through my spam filters. OMG, there is something that COULD have caught it. So I thought that's what happened. So I send email to Decisive apologizing and asking them to send it again. I also set up whitelist.

I contacted support for the email service provider at the same time, and today they replied saying that there was no way it got deleted. If you got it, you would see it.

And right now, almost 10+ hours after signing up, almost 8+ hours contacting support, no email. Nothing.

Is this normal and I should keep on waiting? Or does this mean I got rejected?

Just be patient. There is a lot of downtime in affiliate marketing, especially if you're new. Apply for other networks in the meantime.

An additional question (I don't know if I should edit my original post or not):

How tough is it to get in Decisive? What's the process like? Do they phone call?

No phone call . From what I remember they approved on their end after a few days and you'll get the confirmation in your inbox.

Never mind. I just got approved. Most nerve wrecking experience ever.

Basically what happens: you sign up on the website and you wait. You will get an email saying you got approved. And that's the only one you will get.

Anyways, thanks for all the help!

Heh, no need to be nervous about signing up for a traffic source ;D

Your intention is to give them your money so they are generally happy to have you.

Affiliate networks are harder to join since you're a bigger liability to them than you are to a traffic source.
